Most PEUGEOTS of the '70s forks DID NOT line up with the head tube angle. The last pic is from the 1972 Dutch catalog showing this EXACT MODEL in diagram. Yes, I am aware of all three of these from my searches.
As Shelbyfv pointed out, the first two are Asian built. Here's hoping that you have found what you were looking for.
The third one looks pretty good but is being sold as a bike not a frameset.
