Musica Mestiza, is a project shared by composer Gabriela Lena Frank and Katri Ervamaa, Head of the RC Music Program and involves members of Two Worlds Ensemble, Andrew Jennings, Christina Mc Gann, violins, Charlton Lee, viola, Katri Ervamaa, cello, Franklin, Danilo and Lenin Vizuete, pan pipes and flutes. The PBS film on the project recently debuted in East Quad, and it has now been nominated for an Emmy for Arts Programming.
