Finally, Arroyo de la Miel is the town’s economic and financial hub.Benalmádena Pueblo is like a balcony overlooking the Mediterranean, dominating a wide stretch of sea.The viewpoint next to the seventeenth-century Church of Santo Domingo affords great panoramic views of the coast.
The main sight in Benalmádena Costa is the Bil-Bil Castle a Nasrid-inspired palace from the 1930s.
Standing by the sea, the castle is flanked by fountains. Finally, there is the Benalmádena Exhibition Centre, in the marina area.
Green spaces include La Paloma Park, wrapped in a pleasant atmosphere.
Benalmádena is one of the most important towns on the Costa del Sol.
It boasts the largest concentration of amusement parks in Málaga Province, as well as two golf courses, a casino and a 20km-long coastline accommodating 15 beaches and a world-class marina.
The Benalmádena Pueblo district offers a nice townscape, with narrow streets, tucked-away squares and whitewashed houses.
Benalmádena Costa, on the other hand, is Benalmádena’s holiday resort.
In Benalmádena Pueblo you can also find one of Benalmádena’s icons: the Girl Sculpture, in Plaza de España.
Close by stands La Fonda, which is now a cookery school.
